People manager avant tout, il conjugue empathie, écoute active et bonne humeur comme personne. Toujours volontaire, toujours partant pour aider (même quand on pensait juste lui demander un avis rapide), il incarne l'esprit « solution-minded » avec une énergie à faire pâlir un café triple expresso. Besoin de créer des synergies entre les équipes ? Bernard est déjà en train d'organiser la réunion. Un dossier en souffrance ? Il prend le lead avant même que vous ayez pu finir la phrase « il faudrait peut-être qu'on… ». In a User Solution and Support department, the fundamental responsibility is to assist individuals.
