About I-Decide

I-Decide is an intelligent companion designed to assist everyone in their daily decision-making—at work as well as in personal life. The platform centralizes your past experiences, your decisions, and their results, to help you progress continuously rather than starting from scratch with every challenge.

The application is for everyone who makes decisions: managers and team leaders of course, but also students facing a career path, parents organizing family life, curious individuals who want to structure their thinking, or simply someone who needs advice to organize an event, plan an outing with friends, or manage a small project. Organizing your children is also management. Whether you are managing a complex project, a conflict, a recruitment dilemma, a budget allocation, or the organization of a weekend, I-Decide guides you step-by-step with contextualized advice and daily inspiration.

Designed by Bernard Debras, author of the book "Souriez vous êtes Managé — Les Péripéties d'un Manager", the tool combines artificial intelligence and human pedagogy. Bernard makes his experience as a leader and coach available to help everyone turn their challenges into growth opportunities. Thanks to a library of over 200 shared stories and a personalized AI assistant, I-Decide becomes your pocket mentor, available at every moment of hesitation.

Our mission is simple: to democratize access to decision-making mentorship. Everyone deserves a trusted advisor to make calmer decisions — at work and at home, whether it is managing a team, organizing an event, or making a personal choice.
